الشروط و الأحكام

نرحب بكم في متجر سوق مصرى
كمستخدم للمتجر الالكتروني يجب عليك قراء بعض الشروط الخاصة والأحكام

بمجرد استخدامك للمتجر الإلكتروني بغرض الشراء ستكون ملزماً باتباع الشروط والأحكام. الرجاء مراجعة قائمة الشروط والأحكام بدقة قبل البدء باستخدام الخدمات الإلكترونية. في حال عدم الموافقة (أو لا تستطيع الالتزام) بأي قانون أو شرط من القائمة ننصحك بعدم استخدام الخدمات الإلكترونية.

إن استخدام خدمات المتجر الإلكتروني متاحة فقط للأشخاص القادرين على تمثيل أنفسهم قانونياً وفق نظام جمهورية مصر العربية. لا يمكن للأشخاص غير القادرين على تمثيل أنفسهم قانونيا وفق نظام العقود المحلي استخدام خدمات المتجر الإلكتروني.

إن كنت قاصرا (أن يكون عمرك أقل من 18 سنة) فبإمكانك استخدام خدمات المتجر الإلكتروني تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني شريطة موافقته الالتزام ببنود شروط الاستخدام. سيكون المستخدم مسؤولاً عن استخدامه خدمات المتجر من خارج جمهورية مصر العربية وذلك بالتزامه التام بالقوانين المحلية المتبعة في تلك المنطقة.

هذه الشروط والأحكام تعتبر سارية المفعول ولاغية لما قبلها من أشكال التمثيل التجاري أو الاتفاقيات الشفهية أو غيرها من المفاهمات مالم يخصص بهذا الشأن شروط اضافية خاصة بمنتج معين أو خدمة محددة.

باستخدامك لخدمات المتجر الإلكتروني ستكون ملزماً باتباع بنود الشروط والأحكام.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل للمتجر الإلكتروني:

• يتم التوصيل عن طريق شركة الشحن إلى عنوان العميل

حدود المسؤولية:

• تتحمل الشركة كامل المسؤولية في تسليم المنتج بحالته الأصلية دون أي تلف لشركة النقل الوسيطة، وفي حال وجود أي تلف تسبب فيه الشركة الناقلة فإن المسؤولية تكون على عاتقها
• لا تتحمل الشركة التأخير الناتج عن أسباب تتعلق بشركات الشحن أو إجراءات الجمارك والجهات الأخرى. وقد تكون المنتجات التي يتم طلبها خاضعة للرسوم الجمركية التي تفرض على الواردات حسب قوانين بلد المشتري وتدفع هذه الرسوم دائماً من قبل المستلم أو المشتري، كما أن المشتري مسؤول عن أي تبعات قانونية في بلده أو أية إجراءات ينتج عنها رفض دخول المنتج أو منعه أو فتح الشحنة أو الإضرار بها أو فرض رسوم تحت أي سبب كان ومن أي جهة كانت، ولا تتحمل الشركة أي تبعات لذلك.

طرق الدفع

متوفر حاليا الدفع عند الاستلام كوسيلة دفع وجاري توفير المزيد من وسائل الدفع الاخرى مع العلم انه سيضاف كلفة لخدمة التحصيل للمدفوعات عند الاستلام وستكون مبينه وبشكل واضح قبل اعتماد الطلب من قبل العميل.

Shipping and delivery policy of the online store:

• Delivery is carried out by the shipping company to the customer’s address

Limitation of Liability:

• The company bears full responsibility for delivering the product in its original condition without any damage to the intermediate transport company, and in the event of any damage caused by the carrier, the responsibility will be on its shoulders

• The company does not bear the delay resulting from reasons related to shipping companies or customs procedures and other parties. The products that are ordered may be subject to customs duties imposed on imports according to the laws of the buyer’s country and these fees are always paid by the recipient or the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for any legal consequences in his country or any procedures that result in refusing to enter the product or preventing it or opening the shipment or harming it or imposing fees for any reason and from any party, and the company does not bear any consequences for that

Payment upon receipt is currently available as a payment method, and more other payment methods are being provided, knowing that a cost will be added to the collection service for payments upon receipt, and it will be clearly indicated before the request is approved by the customer.

Order details may be stored with us but for security reasons they cannot be retrieved directly by us. However, this information can be accessed by logging into your account on the site. There you can view the details of your orders that you have completed, those that are open and those that should be sent and manage your address details, bank details and any newsletter you have subscribed to. Treat your account data with us confidentially so as not to make it available to an unauthorized third party. We cannot assume any responsibility for misuse of passwords unless this is our fault.
