شروط الاستبدال واسترجاع الاموال
- أن يتم طلب الاستبدال او الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوما لعيوب الصناعة
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية وكافة البطاقات الملصقة غير منزوعة
- أن يتم ارجاع المنتج مع صندوق الماركة وان يكون سليم وغير متضرر
- لا يمكن استبدال او استرجاع المنتجات التالية(العطور – المكياج – الاكسسوارات) لذلك يرجى قراءة وصف المنتج لا يمكن استبدال منتج بسبب تغيير اللون او تغيير المقاس فيرجى التاكد من المقاس واللون جيدا قبل الشراء
لطلب استبدال منتج أو استرجاع مبلغ نرجو منك إرسال طلبك على الواتساب https://wa.me/201013785551 يتضمن المعلومات التالية:
- رقم الطلب
- تحديد العملية “استبدال/استرجاع
- ارفاق رقم القطعه المراد استبدالها او استرجاعها
- ارفاق صورة او فيديو للمشكله او العيب بالمنتج
- ارفاق صورة بوليصة الشحن
- ارفاق رقم المحفظة الهاتفية (كاش) في حالة الاسترجاع
في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم تحويل المبلغ على رقم الكاش الموضح في الطلب في مدة من 5 الى 7 أيام عمل من وصول المنتج للمخازن، وذلك لفحص المنتج والتأكد من حالته، في حالة عدم وجود أي عيب أو مشكلة من المنتج بيتم خصم 30% من القيمة المدفوعة.
طلب الاستبدال يتم مراجعته في خلال ٢٤ ساعه وبعد الموافقه عليه يتم الاستبدال حسب سياسة الاستبدال في الموقع في مده من 5 إلى 7 ايام عمل الجمعه والسبت إجازة.
طلب الاسترجاع يتم مراجعته في خلال ٢٤ ساعه وبعد الموافقه عليه يتم الاسترجاع حسب سياسة الارجاع المنشورة بالموقع والمدة من 5 إلى 7 ايام ايام عمل الجمعه والسبت اجازه.
وبعد وصول المنتج للمخازن ومراجعته يتم التحويل على رقم الموبايل المتوفر به خدمه كاش في في مدة من 5 الى 7 أيام عمل ويخضع هذا كله إلى سياسة الارجاع المنشورة بالموقع.
